MailVeriQ Gateway is an enterprise-grade email Data Loss Prevention (DLP) platform deployed as a SaaS SMTP gateway. Every outbound email passes through our inspection engine, where configurable policies scan for sensitive data patterns — credit card numbers, Social Security numbers, protected health information, personally identifiable information, and custom patterns defined by your organization.
Flagged messages are quarantined and routed through multi-level approval workflows. Authorized reviewers can approve, reject, or redact content before release. Every action is logged in an immutable audit trail, providing the evidence organizations need for compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, PCI DSS, SOX, and other regulatory frameworks.
The platform is multi-tenant by design, with database-level row isolation, role-based access control across nine granular permission levels, and infrastructure certified to ISO 27001 and SOC 2 standards.
